Membership Fee

Existing Members

Application Form

The most direct way to apply for SLSLT Member is to send us the completed membership application form together with the required documents indicated in the application form. Application should be signed by two SLSTL members who is regular member. You will find our address and contact details for any queries on the application form.

Payment Methods:

You can pay the membership fee and other administrative fees via

  • Directly sending a cheuqe written in favour of “Sri Lanka Society for Transport and Logistics” to the address given in the application form or
  • Directly depositing a cheuqe written in favour of “Sri Lanka Society for Transport and Logistics” to the SLSTL bank account (Original deposit slip should be attached with the application form) or
  • Directly depositing cash or transfer funds to the SLSTL bank account (Original deposit/transfer slip should be attached with the application form)
